How do I return an item that I purchased through the APIUM online store?

Items purchased online, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of their original date of order. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in their original new condition.

All items being returned to APIUM require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will be provided to you by the APIUM Returns team. They can be contacted by email at customer.service@apiumapparel.com.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Refunds are issued in the form that the original payment was made. APIUM will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment. All items being returned for a refund must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must have all original tags attached,

2. Items must be unworn and in the original new condition.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How are shipping costs handled for refunds and exchanges of products purchased through the APIUM online store?

All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, APIUM will pay for the shipping and insurance of the garments.

How do I return an item that I received as a gift?

Items must be returned by the original purchaser. If this is not possible, then please contact our Customer Service Team customer.service@apiumapparel.com to discuss a solution. We are here to serve you and are confident that a positive solution can always be reached.

What do I do if the item that I purchased through the APIUM online store needs a warranty claim; either defective or damaged?

SHIPPING- RETURNS


All shipping to our Warranty Department must be paid by the customer and insured for the value of the goods being returned. APIUM cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages. All warranty claims must be authorized prior to return. APIUM will not bear any responsibility for unauthorized returns. In order to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as for the protection of our team, we kindly request that all products be cleaned prior to being sent to us. Products that arrive unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee before any assessment can be made.
